The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
The room was quite small and cramped. the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful, especially when it came to directions and recommendations.

We loved this hotel! The location was breathtaking, nestled high in the mountain with stunning views. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent. The pool was impeccably clean, using only natural mountain water without any chemicals. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served a varied selection of Bulgarian and Ukrainian cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The snowy views were beautiful and the hotel was decorated really nicely for Christmas. The pool was large and it was fun to swim with snow on the ground. The hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
The rooms were uncomfortably small and the beds were very hard. There was no double bed, only twin beds that kept separating during the night.

The restaurant quality could be improved, and there are no double beds available, only twin beds.
